Pi Inspection turns periodic controls into structured data flows: configurable checklists, offline-first mobile execution, and automatic analysis of results for any context that demands inspection rigour.
Pi Inspection is designed for two complementary roles: those who plan and analyse inspections, and those who carry them out in the field.
Uses the Web App to define checklists, schedule recurring inspections, assign tasks to inspectors, and read KPIs, trends and aggregated reports.
Works in the field via the React Native mobile app: carries out assigned inspections, fills in the checklist item by item, and uploads photos even without a connection.
Pi Inspection was built for contexts that demand documentary rigour: museums, UNESCO sites, archaeological parks, historical archives and any facility subject to periodic audits. The platform guides every inspection through checklists in 5 categories — spaces and cleanliness, accessibility, environmental conditions, artwork safety, emergencies and compliance — with up to 50 configurable items per session.
The collected data feeds a Stats Engine that calculates KPIs, compliance percentages and anomalies by department, period and inspector. The Reports Engine automatically generates PDF and HTML documents ready for archiving or sharing. The Warning System configures alert thresholds and sends push notifications when a parameter exceeds the defined limits.
