Who uses Stress Sentinel

Management and analysis, one unified system

Stress Sentinel is designed for two complementary roles: those who manage the water infrastructure in the field, and those who analyse data to ensure quality, compliance and service continuity.

Facility Manager

Manager / Technician

Monitors real-time parameters across the entire network, configures alert thresholds for each measurement point, receives push notifications for anomalies and coordinates technical field interventions.

  • Views the infrastructure map with real-time status of every sensor
  • Configures custom thresholds for pH, turbidity, level, flow rate and other parameters
  • Receives immediate push alerts for quality drift or critical events
  • Manages preventive sensor maintenance with full intervention history
Analyst & Manager

Analyst / Manager

Accesses the advanced analytics dashboard to view historical trends, compliance KPIs, automatic reports and documentation ready for regulatory audits and environmental reporting.

  • Analyses historical trends for each parameter with charts and period comparisons
  • Monitors compliance KPIs (Drinking Water Directive 2020/2184/EU)
  • Generates automatic PDF reports ready for regulatory bodies and environmental audits
  • Identifies recurring anomalies and plans structural network interventions
Overview

Every point of the water network, under control

Stress Sentinel is the continuous monitoring platform for complex water infrastructure: urban aqueducts, water treatment and purification plants, elevated and underground reservoirs, irrigation channels, basins and industrial distribution networks. Sensor stations are installed at critical network points — inlets, nodes, outlets, tanks — and transmit data in real time via SIM, Wi-Fi or LoRaWAN, even in off-grid environments.

Monitored parameters are selectable by context: pH, turbidity (NTU), electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen, residual chlorine, nitrates, temperature, water level, flow rate and network pressure. The DSS analyses correlations between parameters to anticipate quality degradation events, network breaks and regulatory exceedances. Automatic reports are ready for delivery to control bodies and ESG reporting.

Application areas
  • Urban aqueducts and water networks
  • Water purification plants
  • Wastewater treatment and purification plants
  • Reservoirs, tanks and water storage
  • Irrigation channels and agricultural basins
  • Waterways and environmental monitoring
  • Industrial water networks and process plants
  • Regulatory compliance and environmental audits
Key features

Technical precision for every point in the network

01
Configurable multi-parameter sensors
Each station monitors up to 4 selectable parameters from pH, turbidity, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, residual chlorine, nitrates, temperature, level, flow rate and pressure. Modular for every context.
02
Water level and flow rate
Ultrasonic level sensors and electromagnetic flow meters for reservoirs, channels and pipes. Detects variations, leaks and flow anomalies before they become emergencies.
03
DSS + Predictive Alerts
The system correlates parameters over time to anticipate critical events: pH drift, turbidity spikes, pressure drops, contaminations. Alerts arrive before the problem becomes visible.
04
Automatic compliance reports
Automatically generates quality reports in PDF and CSV format, structured for EU Drinking Water Directive 2020/2184. Ready for regulatory bodies, audits and ESG reporting.
05
Off-grid multi-protocol connectivity
Data transmission via 4G SIM, Wi-Fi or LoRaWAN. Solar power with buffer battery for remote installations without existing network infrastructure.
06
SCADA and GIS integration
Open REST APIs for integration with SCADA systems, GIS platforms and water network management software already in use. Stress Sentinel data enters the existing operational workflow.
