Digital inspections

π Inspection: the digital inspection platform for museums, historic sites and cultural heritage

π Inspection is the digital inspection platform by Pulse S.r.l. that turns periodic checks into structured data flows: configurable checklists, execution from a mobile app even without a connection, automatic analysis of results and reports ready for the archive. It was born for contexts that demand documentary rigour, museums, UNESCO sites, archaeological parks and historical archives, and adapts to any facility subject to recurring checks.

What it does

It guides every inspection through checklists structured by categories, items and tags, with priorities and photos, up to fifty items per inspection. Collected data feeds a statistics engine that computes compliance rates, trends by period, anomalies by area and performance by inspector.

The reports engine automatically generates PDF and HTML documents from configurable templates, ready for the archive, sharing or sending to authorities. The warning system notifies in real time when an item exceeds the defined thresholds.

How it works

From the web app you define checklists, schedule recurring inspections and assign inspectors by department or area. In the field the inspector uses the mobile app: receives assigned inspections, fills in the checklist item by item, uploads photos and notes even without a network, and everything syncs when the connection returns.

Three native roles, planner, inspector and analyst, with separate permissions, keep full visibility of the activity without blurring responsibilities.

Who it is for

π Inspection is designed for those who organise checks and those who carry them out.

  • Planners and analysts: create and edit checklists, schedule sessions, assign inspectors, follow progress from the dashboard and read statistics, trends and reports.
  • Field inspectors: receive inspections on their mobile device, work offline, fill in checklists with photo support and send reports directly from the inspection sheet.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work without a connection?

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first: the inspector fills in the checklist, takes photos and writes notes without a network; data syncs as soon as the connection is back.

Can I use my own checklists?

Yes. Checklists are created and edited from the web app, with categories, items, tags and priorities, and adapt to any inspection protocol.

What reports does it produce?

PDF and HTML reports generated automatically from configurable templates, with compliance rates, anomalies and trends, ready for the archive and for authorities.

Is it only for museums and cultural heritage?

No. It was born for cultural heritage, but applies to any periodic check: safety, maintenance, quality audits, regulatory verifications.

How many inspectors and sites can I manage?

There is no platform limit: inspectors are assigned to departments or areas and the dashboard shows the progress of all sessions in real time.
